These terms govern your use of Role Copilot (“Service”), provided by Genprosys Ltd (“we”, “us”), a UK-registered company. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

You must use the Service in accordance with applicable law and only for lawful job-search and career purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use it to send spam or misleading content.

Account and subscription

Paid plans are billed in accordance with the plan you choose (e.g. monthly). You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in line with our refund policy as stated at the point of purchase.

Intellectual property and your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g. resumes). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store that content to provide the Service (e.g. generating tailored CVs). We do not claim ownership of your content.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. job offers or interview rates). AI-generated content should be reviewed by you before submission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g. by email or notice in the Service). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
