Role Copilot (“Service”) is provided by Genprosys Ltd, a UK-registered company. This policy explains how cancellation works and our stance on refunds.

Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds in any case. This includes but is not limited to: partial or full billing periods, unused portions of a subscription, change of mind, or discontinuation of use. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage you to use the free tier or trial before upgrading.
